Bill
Wiggins, P.E., President Mr. Wiggins received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University at Chico in 1984 and is a registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Wiggins is 40-hour Haz-Mat certified with sixteen years experience in the investigation, mitigation and closure of sites contaminated with various hazardous and toxic materials. Mr. Wiggins has served as project manager for many diverse projects ranging from industrial Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; Phase II focused environmental site investigations and Phase III site cleanups and mitigations. Mr. Wiggins has also directed many contaminant-monitoring processes including groundwater-monitoring wells and geologic and hydrologic analysis and regulatory documentation and compliance.
Mr. Donohue has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a registered Professional Civil Engineer. Mr. Donohue's focus at Trans Tech Consultants is providing civil engineering and petroleum design services to independent petroleum marketers. Common projects include Retail Service Stations, Card-Lock Fueling Systems, and Petroleum Bulk Plants. Trans Tech provides piping plans, grading and drainage plans, electrical plans, foundation plans, and can coordinate all of the necessary design and engineering drawings and specifications to acquire a building permit.
Ron Crawford, Senior Architect Mr. Crawford received a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Architecture from Stanford University, Palo Alto. Mr. Crawford has 50 years experience in the construction design industry with many years experience in the Office of the State Architect of California. Mr. Crawford has invaluable experience in the public sector having personally designed many features of the states prison system and many other public sector design projects. Mr. Crawford’s credits also include the design of the CDF fueling and operations facility at the Santa Rosa, California airport.
John Witchey, P.E., Electrical Engineer Mr. Witchey has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Chico and the University of Nevada and is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer. Mr. Witchey’s focus at Trans Tech Consultants is providing electrical engineering design services. Common projects include Retail Service Stations, Card-Lock Fueling Systems, Petroleum Bulk Plants and commercial scale renewable energy designs such as Solar Photovoltaic and Wind Generation systems.
Brian Hasik, Geologist Mr. Hasik has a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Sonoma State University. As a staff geologist, Mr. Hasik's duties include the field supervision of monitoring well development, field sampling, and groundwater monitoring for hydrogeologic investigations. Mr. Hasik has experience in remedial soil excavations for contaminated sites, UST removal, and non-hazardous and hazardous waste characterization and disposal.
